Burt Street Cellars originally started in a garage on Burt Street in Santa Rosa California in 2009.  In 2011 we put our first collective blend together and we set a goal to produce high quality wines from cool climate sites in Sonoma County

We start by sourcing older vineyard sites and keep a constant eye on the vineyard through to harvest. When the grapes are physically ready we load up the old pickup truck in the early morning and transport the cool fruit a short distance to where we jump on the sorting table and start the juicing process.

We produce and bottle our wines in Sonoma Valley with an annual production of 1,000 cases. Our wines can be enjoyed a few months post bottling and can age many years from the vintage.
